2022 Notice of Funding Availability
The 2022 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) provides for the availability of ten million, five-hundred ninety-one thousand, nine-hundred ten dollars ($10,591,910) in Orange County Housing Finance Trust (OCHFT) funds that promoted the new construction or acquisition/rehabilitation of Permanent Supportive and Affordable Housing affordable for Orange County’s extremely low-income households by providing below market rate financing.
The initial deadline for applications is March 22, 2022 at 5:00pm. The online application form is available HERE.
