Second Round 2022 NOFA
The Second Round 2022 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) provides for the availability of seven million, one-hundred thirty-seven thousand, two-hundred five dollars and sixty cents ($7,137,205.60) in Orange County Housing Finance Trust (OCHFT) funds that promoted the new construction or acquisition/rehabilitation of Permanent Supportive and Affordable Housing affordable for extremely low-income households in the cities of Irvine and Yorba Linda.
